This information helps us to operate effectively and provide you the best products, services and experiences we can.

To the extent NETZOOM is a processor or sub processor of Personal Data, subject to the GDPR, the GDPR Terms govern that processing and the parties involved also agree to the terms of Processing of Personal Data, effective May 25, 2018, the commitments in the Processing of Personal Data GDPR provisions of the Data Protection Terms in the European Union General Data Protection Regulations. NETZOOM shall maintain all records required by Article 30(2) of the GDPR and, to the extent applicable to the processing of Personal Data on behalf of Customer, make them available to the Customer upon request. The parties acknowledge and agree that the subject-matter of the processing is limited to Personal Data within the scope of the GDPR.

Use of Information

The information you provide allows us to notify you about products, services, updates and revisions offered by NETZOOM and our partners that may be of interest to you. The data we collect allows us to better understand and serve you. We use cookies to store your preferences and settings. This helps us to be more efficient in serving you because it permits us to determine what information and web pages you may be especially interested in viewing. We also use collected information to combat fraud and analyze web operations.

Support and Services Information

Support and Services Data is the information we collect when you submit a support or services request. This can include information about hardware, software and other details related to the support incident, such as: contact information, system specifications, import files, database files, Visio diagrams, spreadsheets, system information, diagnostics logs, screen shots, system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations and error-tracking files. We use Support Data as described in this privacy statement, and additionally use it to resolve your support incident or service request and for training purposes.

Payment Information

Payment Data is the information that you provide when you make online purchases. This may include your payment instrument number (e.g., credit card, wire transfer), your name and billing address and the security code associated with your payment instrument (e.g., the CSV or CVV). This information is only used during the purchase transaction.
